The Landings at Silver Lake Village is a pet-friendly community - Dogs & cats welcome!

- Limit: 2 pets per apartment home
- Pet Fee: $350 per pet/due at time of move in (non-refundable)
- Monthly Rent: $30 (1 pet) - $50 (2 pets)
- Weight Limit: 150 lbs at full maturity

All pets must be spayed/neutered and a minimum of 1 year at time of move in. Some breed & other restrictions may apply. Please call for more details.
