What do I receive through the program?
Qualified applicants receive a reduced $99 deposit, normally $350, plus their application fee credited upon an approved application.
How do I qualify?
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be a current employee of one of the participating employers or qualify as a teacher, veteran, active-duty military member, or first responder
- Provide proof of employment or other applicable eligibility verification during the application process
- Complete the application and lease approval process
- Meet all standard rental qualification requirements
What can be used as proof of employment?
Acceptable forms of verification may include:
- Recent pay stub
- Offer letter
- Employer verification letter
- Applicable military, veteran, or first responder identification or documentation
